Established in 1976 in a modest design office on East Essex Street in Dublin's chic south side, Libra Designs has developed into an international business at the forefront of the Irish Fashion Industry engaged in design, wholesale and retail. Their much more humble beginnings as a blouse manufacturer under the Libra label have become a remote but treasured memory as the brand has now expanded to house three ladies fashion labels; Libra, Riona and Arruba.
